Authorised Apple Service Center

The Apple division at Royal Photo is an authorized Service Center just as our popular Apple sale’s division.

Our 20 year’s experience in the field gives us a sensible approach with our clientele.You can speak directly to our technician who will be doing the necessary repairs on your equipment.

You can expect an honest and fair evaluation for a repair, an overhaul or a simple evaluation of your equipment.

At any other time, you can leave your equipment for repair or to pick it up, at our Photo Boutique at ground level from Monday to Friday between 9:30am to 6pm, on Saturday from 9:30am to 5pm and Sunday from 12pm to 5 pm.

The Service Center's regular rate is $60.00 per hour, minimum of 1 hour, with a delay time of +/-48 hours. The emergency rate is $90.00 per hour, minimum 1 hour, without any delay.

Please take note that the waiting time for a replacement part is not counted.

The repairs are guaranteed 90 days on new parts and 30 days on used parts.
